Just put White Vinegar and Water (50/50) and run one cycle of this solution. Wait a couple of minutes and let the machine cool down and then run another cycle with a new solution from Vinegar and Water (50/50). Once this cycle has come to an end do another 2 cycles just with water and let the machine always cool down for a while between any cycle. You may also use agents based on formic or citric acid (for the right mixture please refer to the manufacturer information) instead of vinegar.
The build up of scale will harm the inner parts of your machine and so this procedure above decalcifies as well. Then your coffee machine will back on track again in a good grade condition and your coffee or cappuccino will not take longer to drip than necessary anymore.
