Tips and Tricks for Cleaning the Home and Kitchen

This product that we are going to use for cleaners will find easily from our kitchen or bathroom. So we don’t need to buy more cleaners from supermarket.

1) Soda and Baking Soda
These two home remedies that are commonly used for baking can also be used as cleaners because they are very adaptable from any purposes. Baking soda will neutralize the bad odors from fridge. Fill the cup with baking soda and place it in your fridge to help freshen your smelly fridge. And for laundry just add 1 cup of baking soda and detergent to work more harder and to clean your laundry. For softener just add half a cup of baking soda to help maintain the pH level inside, while washing in the machine.

2) Lemon Juice
Lemons are awesome. We love to juice them, zest them and to put as a key ingredient in many favourites dishes. Lemons are also fantastic helpers for cleaning in the kitchen and a natural mild disinfectant as well as an air freshener. With lemon peel you can use to clean your tarnished cooper cookware, your cutlery and your wooden breakfast boards, just rub and then rinse. And for a stain remover just add a little toothpaste then rub again and rinse. To deodorize the air you may use also lemon but vanilla extract is much more scented to freshen air. Just put vanilla extract in a mini bowl and simmer for about 1minute then the house will smell great.

3) Salt
We thought that salt is only to flavor foods? The fact is we are using it also for preserving foods or as a body scrub to get rid of dead skin. So if the salt can get rid of dead skin, we can use it also as a cleanser, right? Why not! It’s the same, cleaning our body and cleaning the house is the same 😃.
To make gentle scouring agent make a paste with lots of salt, baking soda and a dish soap. You can use it to clean the stubborn dirt from your kitchen utensils and appliances. Salt is like soda also when it comes to stain control. Like red wine stain. Just put 1-2 tablespoons of salt and add some lemon juice and let it sit for a minutes then rub and rinse. It can be used also to clean the greasy pans and oven. Just sprinkle salt and then use paper towels to rub and to wipe out the grease from pans and then rinse, for oven just wipe it till it clean.

4) Vinegar
The vinegar is not only very affordable and super eco friendly it is also considered as the holy Grail of all Natural Cleanser. Vinegar can be used as an all over solution cleaner in our home surface. It is highly recommended to use it inside of any fridge and it can be also used as a general bathroom cleanser. To go away the bacteria especially around the toilet, we have to clean it properly because sometimes we cannot escape from urine stains. To clean the toilet pour 1 cup of vinegar all over in the bowl and let it soak for overnight and then after soaked sprinkle baking soda in the bowl then scrub well and flush. To clean Your fridge just mix vinegar and water (90/10) and use it to wipe all surfaces inside the fridge.

5) Soft Soap
Soft soap is easy to get from our home vanity. With soft soap we can use this practically for cleaning everything inside the house. Like for example the sink, the toilet and the bathroom. To wipe dust wash the towel with soft soap then rinse and wring it to remove the water and then wipe the dust all over inside your house, then once the towel is dirty wash back again with soft soap. Repeat the procedure until the dust is gone.

6) Toothpaste
We believe that toothpaste is to prevent cavities and to brighten our teeth. But don’t you know that we can use it also as a cleaner like to clean the crayon painted on walls? Make it sure only to test it first with small amount of toothpaste before you proceed to a large area because some paint wall have a high gloss paint. Just gently put toothpaste on that area where crayons painted then rub till the crayons disappear then rinse with wet cloth again to clean. Toothpaste is a very good stain remover as well of your clothes especially ink stain. It can also be used to polish jewellery silver and any silverware inside the house. Scratch CDs and DVDs toothpaste is the best solution. But toothpaste is not only a helpful cleanser it is also the perfect weapon to fight big pimples. Just put a little bit on any pimple and let it dry overnight. The next day you’ll see the pimples is almost gone.

7) Olive Oil
Olive oil is not only antioxidant for our body but it can also use to polish wood furniture. Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice in a spray bottle and mix it well. After mixing spray on a soft cloth and use this to rub the wood furniture. To help protect the wicker furniture from cracking spray the furniture with warm olive oil, then rub with soft cloth to finish.

8) Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender essential oil is not only to soothe our body but also to clean naturally and deodorize carpets. Because this kind of elements have a characteristic of antibacterial. Just add 10 drops of lavender oil and a half cup of baking soda. Then simply sprinkle all over of your carpet, wait a few minutes and use your Vacuum Cleaner for finish.
